Going
A feed of plans, not a page of listings.
Events are things people put on, so that is how they are shown: as posts, by people, with pictures.
- Every event is somebody's post
- The person putting it on comes first, then the pictures: a cover and an album, the way you would post anything else.

- Who's coming and how many places are left sit on the card, so you decide before you tap.
- Times you can trust
- Every time is shown in the event's own timezone, and says which one, so 8pm means 8pm there.

- Send an event to a friend from the feed itself, or from the event's own page.
Finding
Find the thing you'd actually go to.
Narrow the feed by what, when and how far, and watch the map do the same.
- Search across every event's title, place and description.
- Pick days on a calendar whose dots show which days actually have something on.
- Choose a kind: music, nightlife, arts, food and drink, sports, outdoors, tech, learning, community.
- Stay within a distance of you, or of a point on the map. Every card says how far.
- Or just look at the map: it shows everything in view, with the event beside it.
Keeping track
Say you're going. It keeps track.
Take a place and the rest follows: a reminder, a notice if anything changes, and a calendar that already has it.
- Save an event to think about it later.
- Take a free place with one tap. The number of places is real, and the last one goes to one person.
- Get a reminder in the app about three hours before it starts.
- Hear when the details move, or when the event is taken down.
- See your own calendar: what you are hosting, going to and have saved, month by month.
- Add any event to Google Calendar, or download it as an .ics file for any other calendar.

Questions
Straight answers about what the app does today.
Is it free?
Yes. Browsing, saving, taking a place, posting an event and building a site all cost nothing. Nothing in the app takes a payment.
What about paid tickets?
That is the direction, not a feature. There is no payment system and nothing takes card details. When tickets exist, this page will say so.
Do I need an account to look?
No. The feed, every event page and the map are open to anyone. An account, with an email address or a Google sign-in, is for saving events, taking a place and posting your own.
What happens when an event is full?
It is full. The number of places is enforced when you take one, so two people cannot both take the last place, and there is no waitlist yet.
Can I put an event in my calendar?
Yes. Every event has an Add to calendar button with a Google Calendar link and an .ics file for any other calendar app. The app has a calendar of its own too, with what you are hosting, going to and have saved.
Who can see what?
A published event is public and a draft is only its organizer's. When you take a place at an event, anyone who can see that event can see that you are going; the full guest list is the organizer's alone. What you save is yours alone.
Will I be reminded?
Yes, in the app: a reminder about three hours before an event you are going to starts, and a notice if its details move or it is taken down. There is no email and no push notification.
Is there a phone app?
No. It is a website that is laid out for a phone, so it works in your phone's browser with nothing to install.
